The Milano Residences is offering highly-trained concierge and reception service to its residents. The team will be on call to help assist you with amenity reservations, booking appointments, calling a taxi, and the like.



LAUNDRY & DRY CLEANING

The Milano Residences has a laundry drop-off and pick-up area. This laundry service can be accessed by all residents and is available for a reasonable fee.



ACCESS IN AMENITIES

Amenities may be accessed by residents and select guests. Residents are encouraged to register at the Concierge.



24/7 ELECTRIC AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES

Should you have problems or concerns with your unit’s electrical set up and other maintenance needs, you may call the Concierge.



PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OFFICE

Should you have any concerns when it comes to the sale, lease, or maintenance of your unit, you may call or visit the Property Management Office.



SECURITY SYSTEMS

Highly-trained security staff, Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), Proximity card access system.



TELECOMMUNICATIONS

Service will be provided by PLDT - Cignal.



ELECTRICAL POWER

The Milano Residences is powered by the Manila Electric Company (MERALCO) with individual electric meters and circuit breakers for each unit. The building has standby generator units should there be a power interruption.



MECHANICAL SYSTEM

The building has passenger and service elevators, servicing all basement levels, residential floors and amenities.



FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEM

Automatic sprinkler system, Strategically located fire alarms, smoke detectors, and additional fire extinguishers throughout the building, Smoke detectors and fire alarm systems are monitored 24/7.
